Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Adonae account and everything stored with it at any time. Here's how, and exactly what's removed.

From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Adonae and go to More → Account & cloud backup.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and cloud backup from our servers, signs you out, and wipes the data on the device — you'll return to the sign-up screen.

By request (no app needed)

If you can't access the app, email hello@kaspasejo.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and remove it for you.

Before you delete: ask for a copy

Deleting is permanent and there is no undo. Adonae does not have a one-tap export yet, so if you want a copy of what you have logged, email hello@kaspasejo.com from the address you signed up with and ask for one before you delete. Once the account is gone we cannot put a copy together for you, because there is nothing left to read.

If you pay for Adonae, cancel that separately

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Payments on Android are handled by Google Play, not by us, so Google keeps charging until you cancel with them. Cancel first, then delete:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Adonae and tap Cancel subscription.

You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you delete the account before cancelling, the charges carry on and you will have to cancel in Google Play anyway.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days. The numbers Adonae reads from Health Connect are never stored anywhere but your own data, so removing your account removes them too.

What happens on your other devices

Deleting removes the account itself, so every device signed in to it loses access at once. The device you delete from is wiped straight away. Any other phone or tablet still holding a local copy clears it the next time it tries to reach your account and finds it gone, which happens as soon as that device is opened with an internet connection. If a device is never going online again, uninstalling the app takes the local copy with it.
