A free workout tracker for Android — every training feature included
Most workout apps start free, then paywall the parts that matter: history, routines, charts. Adonae doesn't. Every training feature is free, you sign in once with a free account, and your entire training log backs up securely and syncs across every device you use.
Log a set in seconds, not taps
Adonae is built for the moment between sets, when your hands are chalky and your rest timer is running. Big touch targets, weight and reps pre-filled from last session, and a rest timer that starts itself. Pick a ready-made routine or build your own — either way, the app remembers every lift you've ever done.
Progressive overload, coached
A workout log that just stores numbers makes you do the coaching. Adonae turns your history into direction:
- A target for every set. Each exercise opens with the next weight and rep goal, computed from your last sessions — beat it, and next time asks for a little more.
- Best single lift, tracked. See your strength on each lift trend over weeks and months, not just a wall of past workouts.
- Stall handling. When a lift stops moving, Adonae eases the target back instead of asking you to fail the same weight forever.
- Warm-up sets included. Sensible ramp-up sets are generated from your working weight.
See what you've trained — and what you haven't
Every muscle group is measured by the working sets you've actually put in, counted in full for four days and then fading out as the work wears off. Lagging groups get flagged, and the suggested next session targets exactly them. If you've ever ended a month realising you never trained legs, this is the fix — read more on the muscle balance page.
More than a gym log
Strength is one signal. Adonae also tracks calories and protein, weight, body fat and muscle mass — so you can see whether the training is actually changing your body, not just your numbers in the gym. That combination is what makes it a genuine body recomposition tracker rather than just a workout notebook.

Is Adonae really free, or is there a subscription?
The workout tracker is completely free — logging, coached targets, routines, rest timers, progress charts and manual nutrition tracking are all included, with no ads. Some extras, like snapping a photo of your meal for automatic calories, are part of Adonae Pro — and every new account gets its first week of Pro free.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — you sign in once with a free account, using an email code or Google. It keeps your training history safe and synced across your devices, and you can delete everything with one tap whenever you want.
Does it work offline at the gym?
Yes. You can log sets even with no signal, and they sync to your account once you're back online — basement gyms included.
Does Adonae track progressive overload?
Yes — that's the core of it. Every exercise is pre-filled with a coached next target based on your last session, your best single lift is tracked over time, and targets ease back automatically when you stall.
